I am improving my pull-ups because of the extra work that matt gives me to do after class that I typically would not have done. Before the coach’s corner I didn’t realize how bad my eating habits were. Having the opportunity to focus a goal on nutrition has helped me to make better choices in what I am eating. I enjoy the weekly email checking from matt and the app that helps me to keep track of my workouts and track my progress. I have seen a difference in my progress in the past few months since I have been working with matt and enjoy the extra support and encouragement.
