My lifestyle till now had included alcohol and going out to eat on a regular basis. I had to learn how to say “No Thank You”. At first it was hard but as time went on it just became habit. I grew very proud when I would say “no thank you” to something that I should not be having. I was proud because I knew I was making the right decision and not giving in to what everyone else was doing.
