Tadora 20 mg is a tadalafil tablet mainly prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by improving blood flow to the penis, helping achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated. It may also be used for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and pulmonary arterial hypertension in some cases. Tadalafil (the active ingredient) relaxes blood vessels and enhances blood flow, making it easier to have a firm erection during intimacy. Its effects can last up to 36 hours, which is why it’s sometimes called the “weekend pill.”
